One Sunday of the the month, We will gather for some love, joy and healing with the medicine of the mushroom. From 11am to 1:30pm at Behind the lids, 1733 Monrovia Ave, Suite L, Costa Mesa, CA

We will get comfortable and settled in. Then we enjoy a beautiful guided meditation, followed by sound healing, using crystal bowls and an amazing gong bath. You also receive a short reiki blessing. There will be oracle cards to pull for guidance. Wear comfortable clothes, eat a light snack, or meal before hand. Bring a journal if you can. There are yoga mats and blankets available or you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Dress warm and comfortable and wear socks. Message with any questions.
