We are so excited to share the medicine of the mushroom with you, and create ceremonies as we gather in our circle to connect with ourselves and others.

Microdosing mushrooms can help with creative and spiritual thinking, healing neural pathways and promoting feel good chemicals in the brain, and helps broaden your perspective. It is a great tool for healing and expanding consciousness.

Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early to set up your spot, use the restroom and get ready to relax. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring some water and a journal. We will have oracle cards to pull for some guidance that you can choose from to start opening up to the guidance and healing for the day. To start we will do a brief introduction and connect in our circle, creating a sacred and safe space.

After this we will begin the healing journey. You will be guided in a channeled meditation, healing and balancing the chakras. We transition into a sound bath and reiki energy healing. When we come back to our bodies after the healing we suggest journaling a little bit about your experience. So you could either bring a journal or use your phone. The healing ceremony should be over at about 12:00, but we want you to be able to take your time and integrate your experience, and be able to chat with others and have that community experience if you want.

And after this experience we can go out into the world, more clear, more peaceful, happier and in alignment with our heart and soul.
