Wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket and/or sweater to be cozy. We will start with sitting down and relaxing with a cup of tea and learn about one of the chakras. Today it is the throat chakra, our center for communication, being our authentic selves, and speaking our truth in a kind and loving way. After this we do a guided meditation, cleansing and balancing all the chakras, and then we go on an inner journey. This is followed by the playing of the singing bowls, these help remove blockages and open up and heal stagnant energy. You leave feeling lighter and more at peace.
